Herbert and Tricia Glaros have been working together in the food industry for the past 15 years. Herbert as a Head Chef and Tricia as an Event Coordinator.Herbert developed a love for cooking at an early age. Starting out in high school at a local drive in restaurant, he quickly realized that the food business was for him. He gained experience from various cookbooks and from firsthand experience from a wonderful local southern cook. The greatest lesson he learned was cooking from a recipe only gets you started, after that it takes heart, soul, passion and imagination to take the dish anywhere you want to take it. Tricia has always enjoyed working with and serving people. It is Tricia’s desire to take her clients' visions and dreams and turn them into a reality. To Tricia, all details of every event are important. “Everything has to be perfect the first time” says Tricia. 
Together, Herbert and Tricia complement one another. While Herbert oversees the food preparation and cooking to insure perfect taste, quality and presentation, Tricia handles all other aspects of the business to make every event a success from beginning to end. Herbert and Tricia pride themselves on delivering personalized service, designing tailored events that always exceed their client’s expectations.
